He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rousey and Mary Summers Campbell Rousey; and his siblings, Brenda Rousey Bostic and Dennis Campbell. He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Finch; his stepchildren, Sarah and Hally; his wife Debbie Hall; his sisters, Dianna Campell Sanders, Bobbi Jo Rousey Smith, Barbara Rousey McGarvey and Josephine Dubielczyk Stillwell; and his close friend Becky Scott Tankersley.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:00 PM at 245 W Cherry St, Winchester, IL 62694.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Outreach Community Center, or to the Julian Wells Post 442 American Legion.
