He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack McNeely and Virginia McNeely (Hemphill). He is survived by: his children, Anthony McNeely of Jacksonville and Lesley McNeely of Waverly; his close friend Barbara Adams of Jacksonville; his siblings, Marcia Gatens (Michael) of Maryville, IL, Mark McNeely (Shelia) of Knoxville, TN and Joel McNeely (Kathleen) of Jacksonville; and his grandson Carter McNeely of Jacksonville.
