She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cox and Lula Amanda Cox (Harris); her former husband Charles Collins; her husband Joseph Clark; her grandson Dustin DeGroot; and her siblings, Pauline Dale, Delores Albers, Mary Phillips and Lyle Cox.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa DeGroot of Jacksonville and Jody Smith (Jeff) of Matanzas Beach, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Richard Emmons Jr. (Shelby), Dillon DeGroot (Julie) and Shelly Reno. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
