Floyd Sexton Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 31, 2022, at the age of 89, Floyd Sexton Jr. of Jacksonville, Illinois, born in Monticello, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Sexton and Eva Sexton (Daniel); his son David; his granddaughter Savannah Rae Todd; and his siblings, Gladys Padgett (Gene) and Wendell Sexton (Maggie).

He is survived by: his wife Roberta June Montgomery; his children, Darrel "Buddy" Sexton (Patricia) of Jacksonville, Rebecca Leahr (Terry) of Pittsfield and Cheryl Todd of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Tim Waltrip, Heather Williams, Joshua Sexton, Buddy Sexton, Davey Sexton, Brett Leahr, Levi Beerup, Chaser Todd, Logan Todd and Chrissie Todd; and his sister Helen Ray McGarvey. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
