We are sad to announce that, on July 25, 2023, at the age of 71, Gary Lee Jackson of Jacksonville, Illinois, born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. "Jack" Jackson and Martha Jean Jackson (Icenogle); and his sister Becky Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann Hembrough; his son Matthew Jackson; his grandchildren, Will, Grace, Tripp and Luke Jackson; his nephews, Chance Jackson of Jacksonville and Ben Jackson (Crystal); his niece Amber Larsen (Mike); his great-nieces, Rebecca, Isabella Larsen, Aria and Brooklyn Jackson; Katie, Ashlynn, Rylan and Gracie.

Memorials are suggested to Liter Baptist Building Fund, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
