He was predeceased by: his parents, V. Lee Osborne and Jeane Brants Osborne; his wife Corinne Dorathy; his sister Gloria Webster; and his stepbrother Gale.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Martin (Andrew) of Virginia and Eric Osborne (Trish) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Kyle Dossett (Sheryl), Cody Dossett (Heidi), Blake, Ashlee and Hunter Osborne; his great grandchildren, Laityn and Sophia; his sister Sherrie; and his stepsister Lonnie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
