He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude E. Cline and Elizabeth Ann Cline (Frost); and his sister Mary Lee Biggs. He is survived by: his daughters, Jodi L. Guy of West Decatur, PA and Karena R. Wasilko (Matthew) of Duncansville, PA; his grandchildren, William, Jillian and Lane; and his niece Laura Ulmer (Biggs) of Greeley, Colorado.
