He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Crumley and Patricia Crumley (Wilkes); his stepfather Bruce Whitehouse; and his sister-in-law Deanna Eckstein. He is survived by: his wife Alexa Kay Virtue; his children, David Crumley (Cydney) of Nashville, TN and Katie Crumley (Charlie White) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Ashler, Lillian, Brecken Crumley and Addison Attanasio; his brothers, Farrell Crumley (Jan) of Wellington, OH and Cobb Crumley (Michale) of South Amherst, OH; his stepsiblings, Holly Whitehouse Nelson, Kristen Cavallini-Soothill and B. J. Whitehouse; and his brother-in-law David Virtue. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
