Hazel Mae Moss Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Mae Moss of Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away on August 22, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard "Ben" Hoots and Emma Gregory Hoots; her husband Orval LeRoy Moss; her children, Athur L. Moss and Ellen Mae Moss; her siblings, Richard "Dick" Hoots and Barbara Derricks; and her half-brothers, Carl Gregory, Harold Gregory, Gregory Hoots and Rolly Hoots.
She is survived by: her grandson John Moss (Molly) of Springfield; and her great grandchildren, Johnny, Zoey, Waylon and Hazel Moss.
