He is survived by: his wife Lisa Bellm-Brown of Jacksonville, IL; his children, Chelsea Bellm, Tony Bellm, Sean Bellm, Jordan Schoondyke and Dylan Schoondyke; his siblings, Brad Bellm (Mary) of Girard, Monica Bellm-Orr (Shane Landers) of Auburn and Gary Bellm (Micky Cody) of Virden; and his pets, Pudge, RadarLove, Lola, Koda (Mo), Dixie, Millie and Venus.
