He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Winters and Marge Davis Winters; and his granddaughter Karsyn Turner. He is survived by: his wife Candy McGath; his son Patrick Winters of Jacksonville; his stepchildren, Andy Turner (Angie) of Jacksonville and Amy Traeger of Winchester; his grandchildren, Lucas Turner, Laney Turner, Caleb Traeger and Kendall Traeger; and his brother Tom Winters (Janice) of Jacksonville.
