He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Francis and Marian Lois Summers Lair; his former wife Jane Brown; his wife Shari Markillie; his children, Jennifer Smith of Jacksonville, Derek Lair of Springfield and Skyler Lair of Jacksonville; and his sisters, Janice Lobb (Donn) of Springfield and Jane McGowan (Patrick) of Punta Gorda, Florida..
