He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Seymour and Clara Seymour (Mullens); and his brother Albert Seymour. He is survived by: his wife Linda Nickel; his son Jeffrey Seymour (Sarah) of Chapin; his grandchildren, Christopher Seymour (Shawna) and Kaylynn Seymour; his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Charlotte and Willow; and his brothers, Dean Seymour of Waverly, Leroy Seymour (Janet) of Defiance, OH, Bob Seymour (Carol) of Franklin and David Seymour (Tiffany) of Peoria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Williamson Funeral Home (1405 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Diamond Grove Cemetery (1601 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650).
