It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Lee Anderson of Jacksonville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Jerry Mulquin (Peggy) and Carole Mulquin; her son Chris Mulquin (Sarah) of Jacksonville; her granddaughter Ellie Mulquin; her siblings, Robert Mulquin (Tracy), Brian Mulquin, Patricia Mulquin, Barbara Spradlin, Melissa Settles (Don) and Jerri Howerton (Dan); her siblings-in-law, Greg Anderson and Lisa Chambers (Mark); and her nieces and nephews, Kayla Kendall, Devin Correll, Trent Mulquin, JD Settles, Andy Hayes and Zachary Chambers.
