Scoggins; his stepchildren, Scott Jess (Lisa) of Jacksonville and Debra McKean (Lee) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Kyle Zimmer, Dana Blakeman, Miranda Crouse, Ryan Michael Crouse, Heather Jess, Jared Jess, Megan Miller and Wes McKean; his siblings, Jim Crouse (Sandy) of Seneca, Reggie Crouse and Patricia Crouse Simpson; and his adoptive mother Georgia Duncan. He was also cherished by 13 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
