She was predeceased by: her mother Phyllis Chumley (Wilder). She is survived by: her parent Thomas Chumley of Jacksonville; her children, Matthew Chumley (Anna) and Katelyn Chumley of Jacksonville; her granddaughters, Camryn, Iyla, Chloe and Giana Chumley; and her sister Carol Kluge. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
Monetary donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Karin's name, while flowers can be sent to the family directly or to the Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
