She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Taylor Jr. and Georgia Alene Fizer (Dyer); her son Brett McCulloch; her siblings, Beverly Yates and Doug Fizer; and her brother-in-law Dale Lueck.

She is survived by: her husband Gary McCulloch; her son Justin McCulloch (Jeri) of Industry; her daughter-in-law Jade Woods (Mike) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Brock, Brant "Rudy", Landon and Kendra McCulloch; and her siblings, Kay Lueck of Odessa, MO and Mike Fizer (Edie) of Linneus, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.
