She is survived by: her parents, Mike Bettis and Jeanne Orr Bettis of Roodhouse; her children, Dylan Hembrough, Lillian Hembrough, Karson Baker and Addison Perabeau; and her siblings, Adam Taylor (Angela) of Japan and Holly Taylor (Jeff Dawdy) of South Jacksonville.
