He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Florce Noble and Lorine Hobrock Noble; his wife Carolyn Eileen Brasell; his children, Rick Noble (Diana) of Chatham, Janet Rhoda (Michael) of Little Rock, AR and Michelle Loutrel (Louis) of Mahomet; his grandchildren, Michael Noble of Springfield, Philip Rhoda (Cassie) of Colorado Springs, CO, Jennifer Kroger (Paul) of Little Rock, AR, Christopher Loutrel of Mahomet, Andrew Loutrel of Philo, David Loutrel of Mahomet, Nathan Seibolt of Victoria and Jonathan Seibolt (Destiny) of Victoria; and his brother Thomas D. Noble. He was also cherished by 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
