Carter (Mindy) of Bluffs; her grandchildren, Claire Leanard, Arynn Leanard, Michael Meyer (Katie) of Jacksonville and Logan Carter (Mercedes) of Meredosia; her great grandchildren, Olin and Otto Carter; her sister Patricia Desyllas of Alexander; and her sister-in-law Dianna Carter of Jacksonville.
