She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jr. Lane and Anna Bryant Lane; her husband Robert Schone; her grandson Shay Hopkin; her daughter-in-law Pam Schone; and her siblings, Gerald Lane and Carolyn Lane.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Handling (Shawn) of Jacksonville, Daniel Schone (Janet) of Arenzville and Denise Cleghorn (Chuck) of Traverse City, MI; her grandchildren, Matt Schone, Adam Beard, Derrek Schone, Kaitlin Grantz, Teagan Cleghorn, Riley Cleghorn, Kyle Cummings, Brady Beard, Kasey Beard, Andrew Douglas and Crofton Handling; her great grandchildren, Oliver Schone, Liam Schone and AnnMarie Grantz; and her sister Judy Lane.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williamson Funeral Home (1405 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (201 W Frederick St, Arenzville, IL 62611). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Trinity Cemetery.
