She was predeceased by: her mother Melanie Cook; and her grandparents, Charles Cook, Byron and Pauline Sorrill. She is survived by: her father Donald Cook; her brother Chris Cook; and her grandmother Shirley Cook. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williamson Funeral Home (1405 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
