It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martha Ann Tippen of Jacksonville, Illinois, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Sullivan and Liselotte "Lilo" Sullivan (Scholz); and her sister Peggy Baptist. She is survived by : her niece Heather Smith (Craig) of Jacksonville; and her great-nephews, Chase and Christian Smith.
