She was predeceased by: her parents, Leola B. Gibbs and O. Everett Gibbs; and her husband John W. "Jack" Hackett. She is survived by: her sons, John G. of St. Louis, Missouri, James W. (Diane) of Hilton Head and Stevan S. (Cathy) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Chad (Gosha), Daniel (Rachel), John K., David and Katie; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Emmerson, Carter and Scarlet.
