She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis S. Ahlquist and Helen Ahlquist (Hempel); her husband Ralph Linus Mudd, Jr. of Cahokia; and her siblings, Betty Reolo (Ahlquist), Robert Ahlquist and Charles Ahlquist.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Louise Mudd of Jacksonville, Ralph Linus, III Mudd (Connie) of Jacksonville and Richard Kevin Mudd (Sherry) of Jacksonville; and her grandchildren, Kurt Merriken (Nicole) of Trinity, Ashlyn Edginton of Springfield, Kevin Mudd of Jacksonville, Jonathan Mudd (Katie) of Jacksonville and Joseph Mudd of Jacksonville. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
