He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Allen and Helen Louise Ulrey Hurt; his children, Amy Rivers (Stuart) of Virginia Beach, VA, Matthew Hurt (Toni) of Jacksonville and Kyla Hurt of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Jacob, Isabella Rivers, Brandon, Maycee Hurt and Finnigan Hurt; and his sisters, Carole Brandenberg (John) of Atwood and Becky White (Bob) of Bushnell. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
