It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora E. Bettis of Jacksonville, Illinois, born in Literberry, Illinois, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Draughan and Margaret McKinley Draughan; her husband Arthur W. Bettis; her daughter Jackie Stock; and her siblings, Stanley, Waldo, Frank, Richard, Wallace, Ken Draughan and Irene Miner.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Barton, Wayne Bettis and Dean Bettis; and her grandchildren, Allyson Strauch, Tiffanie Worsham, Bridgett Crawford, Ryder Bettis, Dylan Bettis, Jackson Bettis, Lakin Gant and Eric Stock. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
