We are sad to announce that, on December 19, 2019, at the age of 81, Norman L. Stephan (Jacksonville, Illinois), born in Panama, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Stephan and Wanda Miller Stephan; and his siblings, Wanda Myrle Cruthis, Donald and Phillip Stephan.

He is survived by: his wife Alma Jean Lipe; and his children, Deborah Kay Stephan of Belleville, Mackie Joseph Stephan of Du Quoin, Sherry Lynn Pohlman (Chris) of Jacksonville and Norma Jean Davis (Ed) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
