He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Ware and Dorothy Smith Ware; his former spouse Maysel Jones; his wife Anne Woodrum; his son Robert "Bob" Ware; and his brothers, Jon Ware and Bill Ware.
He is survived by: his daughter VIckie Brooks (Danny); his grandson Spencer (Jennifer); his son Jim (Leslie); his grandchildren, Cathy Gibson (Bill) and Christie Leege (Joel); his daughter-in-law Sherri; his grandchildren-in-law, Abby Nagel (Dave) and Kelly Armour (John); his stepson Bill Woodrum (Maureen); his stepgranddaughters, Amy Woodside (Mason) and Alyssa Adams (Noah); and his son Brody Johnson. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Elara Hospice Care of Springfield or the Bob Freesen YMCA.
