She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil D. Fairfield and Lillie R. Brummett Fairfield; her spouse Byron C. Littig; her sons, Donnie Littig and Byron L. Littig; her siblings, Donald, Clifford, Dennis, Wilma, Dorothy, Nancy and Judy; and her son-in-law Gary Knipstein.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Littig of Jacksonville, Steven Littig (Sherri) of Bluffs, Michelle Knipstein of Hoagland, IN and Jerry Littig (Lori) of Winchester; and her siblings, Rose, Annie, Betty, Helen, Esther, Edith, Charles, Patricia, Raymond, Cecila, Larry and Debbie. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, Salem Lutheran Church or Trinity Cemetery.
