He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rich and Ruth Rich (Ribble); and his siblings, Howard Rich, Carl Rich and Florence Gross.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Michael Rich (Lori) of Prior Lake, MN and Lisa Rich of Jacksonville; his grandsons, Nathan Rich, Aaron Rich (Kara) and Clinton Everetts (Tressa); his great grandchildren, Paisley Everetts, Pruitt Everetts and Natalie Rich; and his brother Harold Rich (Verna) of Carlinville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
