He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Anthony and Wanda Anthony (Ash); his siblings, Janice, Fred and Donnie; and his mother-in-law Bona Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Erin Munez (Henry) of Chicago and Aimee Snelling (Matt) of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Everett Anthony Munez, Henry Richard Munez, Katherine Erin Snelling and Mary Grace Snelling; his brother John Anthony (Debbie) of White Hall; and his sister-in-law Donna L. Phillips of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Jacksonville Public Schools Foundation (to be used for JHS Boys Basketball/The Bowl Preservation Fund) or Jacksonville Area Community Food Center.
