He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert "Bob" and Juanita Lewis Brogdon; and his brother Thomas Dean Brogdon. He is survived by: his wife Melba Sellars; his children, Connie Lewis (Paul) of Jacksonville and Rod Brogdon (Kim) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Mindi Johnson (Chris) of Jacksonville, Stephanie Adams (Luke) of Jacksonville and Brittani Wardell (Jon) of League City, Texas; his great grandchildren, Kennadi, Kamdyn and Kai Johnson; his grandchildren, Jacob, Julia Adams, Harper and Graham Wardell; his sister Nancy Moss (Richard) of Jacksonville; his sister-in-law Phyllis Brodgon of Missouri; and his brother Auto.
