He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Reese and Arola Black. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Slater; his children, LaShawn McPike of Jacksonville, Martell Bolden of Jacksonville and Krista Reese of Jacksonville; his grandsons, Kristian Miller and Caiden Acree; his brother Charles Black (Doris) of Syracuse, NY; and his stepsisters, Anna Belle Blue of Jacksonville and Dorothy Anderson of Jacksonville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
