He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Chumley and Clara Ridder Chumley; his son Matthew Chumley; and his siblings-in-law, Robert A. Johnson, Virginia "Ginny" Roberts and Marilyn Davin.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Chumley (Stacey) of Jacksonville, Jennifer Kafer (Mike) of Jacksonville and Mike Chumley (Dakota) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Hunter, Harrison and Hannah Chumley; his children, Evelyn Chumley, Austin, Alli Kafer, Maddie and Wade Chumley; his siblings, Paulette Carochi of San Antonio, Rose Fernandes (Terry) of Jacksonville, Ross Chumley (Ruth) of Jacksonville, Terry Chumley (Barb) of Jacksonville and Tracey Wilcox (Lonnie) of Jacksonville; and his in-laws, Annette Pignon (late Mark) of Auburn, Yvonne Nolte (Cliff) of Golden Eagle and Richard Johnson (Sharon) of Alexander. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
