He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Delmore and Marjorie Scott Lane; and his sisters, Kathy Woodward (Lindy) and Judy Hughes (Joe). He is survived by: his wife Vicki McKinzie; his children, Terri Walker (Ronald) of Gold Canyon, AZ and Scott Lane of Gilbert, AZ; his grandchildren, Kohl Walker of Mesa, AZ, Zachary and Alison; and his siblings, Lonnie Lane (Gayla) of Brownsburg, IN and Pam Hetelle (Roger) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Mayo Clinic Neurological Research in Phoenix, AZ.
