He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Hepworth and Frances Hepworth; his adoptive father Wayne (Alta Summers); his wife Frances Teeth; and his siblings, Linda Harris of Winchester, Sandy Symons of Virdin, Nancy Eddy of Springfield, Coy Summers of Jacksonville, Christian Rains of Jacksonville and Jeff Hepworth of Jacksonville.
