She is survived by: her spouse Mervan Allen Bettis; her son David Bettis (Cynthia) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Samantha Marie Cody (Dustin) of Anchorage, AK and Joshua Lee Bettis (Katy Hood) of Fredericksburg, VA; and her siblings, Kenneth Adams of Chino, CA, Carole Rose of Pittsfield, Susan Tweedy (Bruce) of Jacksonville, Doris Snyder (David) of Jacksonville and Nancy Allen (Ray) of Jacksonville.
