She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Harvey and Oleta Harvey (Edwards); her husband Randall Owens; and her siblings, Laverne Harvey and Esther Sue.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Owens (Cynthia) of Jacksonville and Rodney Owens (Jessica) of Peoria; and her grandchildren, Robert Stanton (Ashley) of Thayer, Shawn Owens (Heather), Alexandra Birdsell (Travis) of Carlinville and Tyler Birdsell of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
