She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William P. Harshman and Stella E. Roberts Harshman; her husband Edward E. Owen of Jacksonville; her children, Rebecca Pilarte (Oskie) of Jacksonville, Rachel Kretzer (Scott) of Jacksonville and Timothy Owen (Lindsay) of Jacksonville; and her brothers, Kevin Harshman (Nancy) and Larry.
