She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Glenn and La Verne Gustine Trusty; her spouse Thomas D. Newby; her brother Walter G. Trusty; her sister-in-law Karen Trusty of Edwardsville; and her nephews, Patrick A. Trusty and Mark A. Trusty.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Shriners Hospitals for Children-St. Louis.
