He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee and Rozella Alena Lacy (Roate); and his siblings, Donnie Lacy, Donna Lomelino, Brenda Lonergan and Jerry Lacy.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Lacy (Hacker); his children, Terris L. Lacy of Chapin, Lindsey R. Brown (Murry) of Jacksonville, Brooklyn D. Hayes (Josh) of Jacksonville and Breanna M. Lacy (Justin Layne) of Arenzville; and his grandchildren, Kaleb, Jacelyn, Lilah-Mae, Rhilee, Willard, Trace, Sophia, Mae'Lynette, Wylye, Memphis, Zane and Leland.
