He is survived by: his children, Sue McSherry (Bob), TJ McKula (Melanie) of Great Falls, VA and Tim McKula of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Betsy Wright (Adam) of Urbana, IL, Emilie Loellke (Ryan) of Leavenworth, KS, Trey McKula of Washington, D. C., Lindsey McKula of Cleveland, OH, Ava McKula of Long Island City, NY and Spencer McKula of Boston, MA; and his great grandchildren, Delaney Wright, Grayson Wright and Nolen Loellke.
A prayer will be held on Friday, November 27th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 3:45 PM at the Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home (1100 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650). Visitation will be held on Friday, November 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Our Saviour (453 E State St, Jacksonville, IL 62650).
