It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Smith of Jacksonville, Illinois, born in Pittsfield, Illinois, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Francis and Martha Lou Smith (Durr); his wife Anita Sue Smith; and his brother Ronald Eugene Smith. He is survived by: his son Craig Smith (Heather) of Jacksonville; his grandsons, Chase of Jacksonville and Christian Smith of Jacksonville; and his sister Barbara Jane Usherwood (Skip) of Canton, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
