With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Craig Thomas Ferguson of Jerseyville, Illinois, who passed away on July 23, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Craig find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his mother Marian "Toni" Ferguson; his nephew Cooper Dietz; and his aunt Joyce. He is survived by: his father R. Dennis "Denny" Ferguson; his sister Leslie Ferguson-Dietz (Tom); and his nephews, Connor of Mill Valley, California. and Colin Dietz of Mill Valley, California.. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crawford Funeral Home (1308 IL-109, Jerseyville, IL 62052). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Carrollton City Cemetery (870 Eighth St, Carrollton, IL 62016).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Easter Seals Midwest, an organization close to the family's heart.
