She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Ray Robert, Rachel Smith, Paul and Florence Erwin; and her uncle Thomas Erwin.

She is survived by : her son Zachary Alexander Heitzig; her father Bobby Smith; her siblings, Carrie (Gregory Flynn), Jill (Roger Ward) and Duff; her sister-in-law Tammy Smith of Brighton; and her nieces and nephews, Macie, Thomas, Caden, Josh and Shon Heitzig.
