He was predeceased by: his parents, Earsie Miler and Hazel Miler (Seeman); his daughter Shara Miller; his siblings, Doug Miller, Forrest "Pony" Miller and Betty Miller; and his nephew Jerry Wyhs.

He is survived by: his son Jamie Miller (Danielle) of Roodhouse; his siblings, Herb Miller (Deborah) of Missouri, Jeff Miller (Mary) of Fieldon, Danny Miller (Ava) of Jerseyville, Debbie Wyhs (Jim) of Fieldon and Melissa Miller of Fieldon; his grandchildren, Arianna Miller of Jerseyville, Jada Seay of Alton, Marcus Johnson of Hazelwood, MO., Joshelle Miller of Alton, Therian Miller of Roodhouse and Thane Miller of Roodhouse; and his great grandchildren, Eliza Weiner of Jerseyville and James Vaughn VI.

Burial will immediately follow at the Fieldon Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Family.
