He was predeceased by: his parents, David Blasa and June Gerson (Chambers); and his brother Charlie Blasa. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Titus of Medora, Mary Etta Kronable of Jerseyville and Bobby; and his sister-in-law Karen Blasa of Medora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
