He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Cecilia and Fred Holtkamp; his parents, John Warkins and Grace Warkins; his siblings, Robert Warkins and Dorothy Boucher; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Holtcamp and James Munier.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Warkins of Mary's Church; his children, Julie Biasi (Mark Symkowiak) and Brad Warkins (Kirstian); his grandchildren, Maria Marks (Nick), Leah Wilhite (Eric), Jennifer Biasi, Valerie Warkins, Joseph Warkins and Dionysis Warkins; his great grandchild Julian Wilhite; and his siblings-in-law, Mary, Jerry Conroy and Ruth Munier.
