He was predeceased by: his father William Gaffner. He is survived by: his mother Joan Gaffner (Hahn); his wife Tamie Gaffner of Carrollton; his children, Cody Deppe (Kayla) of Jerseyville, Kahli Reynolds (Travis) of Carrollton, Sara Gaffner (Cory Dover) of Carrollton and Megan Gaffner of Walnut Hill; his grandchildren, Hayley, Landen, Andres, Ali and Nash; and his siblings, Debbie Hoff and Billy Gaffner (Jeanie) of Pennsylvania.

Memorials may be given to the family, in care of the funeral home.
